You must provide accurate and complete information when registering on bjie. Accounts created with false or incorrect details may be terminated and all balances forfeited. Each person is allowed only one account — multiple accounts linked to the same device, IP address, or payment method will be detected and closed.

Bjie may request a national ID, passport, or other documents for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time. Withdrawal privileges may be restricted until verification is complete.

• Always keep the email address and phone number linked to your account active and accessible.
• If you do not respond to a verification message sent by bjie within 72 hours, your account may be temporarily suspended.

All deposits on bjie must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. You may deposit via mobile banking, bank transfer, or other approved methods. Deposits made from third-party accounts may be cancelled or placed on hold.

Account verification must be completed before making a withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24–72 hours. Additional verification may be required for larger withdrawal amounts.

• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Bjie reserves the right to suspend transactions if money laundering or fraud is suspected.
• Withdrawals are returned via the same method used for the original deposit.
• Bjie is not responsible for delays caused by the user's bank or payment provider.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — winnings earned from a bonus only become withdrawable once the wagering requirement has been met. If bjie finds evidence of bonus abuse, it reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings.

• A bonus cannot be claimed more than once at the same time, unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses have a set expiry period; any bonus not used within that period will be cancelled.
• Certain games or game categories may be restricted when using bonus funds.
• Bjie reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Bonus privileges will be revoked if professional or syndicate betting is detected.

All games on bjie use certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, ensuring that every outcome is completely random and unbiased. bjie never manipulates game results, and doing so is technically impossible.

Any user who attempts to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the game software for unfair advantage will have all winnings voided and their account permanently closed. The use of bots or automated software on the bjie platform is strictly prohibited.

• Any abnormal winnings resulting from a technical error may be held pending review.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final unless a clear error is proven.

Bjie reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• If registration was completed using false information.
• If multiple accounts are found to be operated by the same user.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or fraud is found.
• If there is suspicion of money laundering or illegal activity.
• If an attempt is made to manipulate the game software.
• If the user is found to be a minor.
• KYC verification has not been completed.

Upon account closure, any valid balance will be refunded. However, in cases of bonus abuse or fraud, the entire balance may be forfeited. Users may also request to close their account at any time.

If you have a dispute or complaint, please contact bjie's customer care team first. We take all complaints seriously and aim to provide an initial response within 48 hours.

If the matter is not resolved through customer care, bjie's management team will review the case. bjie's decision will be considered final unless clear evidence of a technical error can be provided.

Bjie reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions as needed. For significant changes, a notice will be sent to your registered email or posted on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

• Minor changes, such as language or spelling corrections, may be made without separate notice.
• At least 7 days' notice will be given before any major policy changes.
